Awesome!

Your video was perfect! I bought the zippers by the yard because I needed the heavy duty ones to make duffel bags. It was more inexpensive to buy them by the yard than it was to buy them individually. Your video is perfect and easy to understand! I think the biggest tip you said is to make sure that you leave one and complete and cut from the other end that way it's easy to get the zipper pull on.

Thank you Heather for your great review. It is a great way to save money and get exactly the sizes that you need. Please like our Youtube channel so you do not miss out on new tutorials as well as I recommend joining our Sallie Tomato Patterns and Hardware group for more inspiration

Who we are

sallie tomato

Hello, my name is Jessica Barrera and I'm the Founder of Sallie Tomato. I originally opened my shop in 2014 during college. I began by selling items that I had sewn myself. It wasn’t until 2016 that I released my first pattern, the Puppy Pillow. Now, my passion is to design quality sewing patterns, so you can create too!

WHAT WE SELL

Sallie Tomato provides sewing patterns, purse hardware, handbag zippers, cork fabric, and select sewing supplies for bag making.

SHOP NAME HISTORY

The name of my shop developed around my middle name, Sallie.  Also, the tomato pin cushion is a well-recognized symbol of sewing.  Thank you for visiting my website!
