Pattern Questions

Where can I find sizing information?

Each product page has an image of the back of the pattern where you can find information on sizing.

I lost my pattern. Will you send me a new one?

Unfortunately, we cannot send replacement patterns for our printed patterns. We suggest purchasing PDF sewing patterns instead, that way you can simply print a new pattern if you lose one. PDF patterns are emailed to you after we have received your payment in full.  Either download and save the PDF, or save the email if needed in the future.  PDF patterns are also saved in your account on our website.

Where can I get extra help with Sallie Tomato Patterns?

After you purchase a pattern from Sallie Tomato, you may message us using our contact form (www.sallietomato.com/contact), or email us at info@sallietomato.com, should you need any help working through your project.  Also visit our YouTube channel for detailed tutorials and full, project sew-a-long videos!

Purse Hardware Questions

What hardware finishes do you offer?
Each style of hardware is available in five glossy finishes: silver, light gold, antique brass, gunmetal (black), and copper (rose gold). I hope you like our growing selection! New items are added frequently to stay up-to-date with today's handbag trends.
What quality of purse hardware do you offer?
There are generally two qualities of purse hardware finishes: rolling finish and hanging finish. All of my purse hardware has a hanging finish with lacquer for added protection and shine!  Rolling finish is a lower quality of plating.  It doesn’t look as shiny and doesn’t last as long as a hanging finish. Purse hardware with rolling finish has a very fine layer of color and has the tendency to rub off quickly.  Hanging finish is a high quality plating method.  Each item is individually dipped and later sprayed with lacquer for a long-lasting coat.  This process is more labor intensive, and therefore more expensive; however, you can feel and see the difference compared to rolling finish.  Bag making can be very time consuming, so it's important to invest in purse hardware that will last.

What is a PDF Pattern?
PDF patterns are downloadable as soon as you complete the checkout process. The pattern is divided into multiple files: a cover, instructions, and sometimes extra printables. The pattern is printable on Letter or A4 format paper.
Do you offer downloadable patterns in PDF format?
Yes! Please click here to purchase a downloadable PDF pattern.
How quickly will I get my PDF pattern?
As soon as you complete checkout, you'll receive instant access to your PDF pattern.  You can access download links to your PDF pattern on the order received page, email notification, or your account.
Can I purchase a PDF pattern from Sallie Tomato if I live outside of the United States?
Yes!  You'll receive instant access to your PDF pattern after checkout is complete and payment is processed.
How do I print my PDF pattern?
The pattern is printable on Letter or A4 format paper.
Can I return my PDF pattern for any reason?
All PDF patterns are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on PDF patterns. Please make sure you have selected the right format when completing the checkout process.
Is there a time limit for how long I have access to my downloads?
There is no time limit for accessing your downloads.  As long as you do not close your account, you will always have access to your pattern downloads!
How many times can I download my PDF pattern?
Unlimited times as long as you do not close your account!
Can I print extra copies to share with family and friends?
Please do not share or distribute our PDF patterns in any manor.  You are welcome to download and print as many copies you need for personal use only.  Please respect our designs and copyright.  If someone is interested in a personal copy of one of our PDF patterns, please direct them to our website.  Thank you!

Wholesale and Distributor Orders

Do you sell wholesale or offer distributor pricing?

How quickly will my wholesale order ship?
Wholesale orders ship promptly within 3-5 business days of receiving payment, unless an item is on back order.  All wholesale orders will be held until the order ships complete.  The cost of shipping is rising, and I cannot ship your wholesale order in multiple shipments.  If you're in need of your items before the back order(s) arrive, I will ask you to please send payment of additional shipping cost to my PayPal account.  If you have questions, please email info@sallietomato.com or send us a message through our Contact Page!  Thank you!

Do you offer coupons?
Yes, coupon codes are exclusively offered to Newsletter Fans and Social Media Fans!
Do you sell gift certificates?
We do not offer gift certificates at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club, as well as PayPal. All prices are listed in US dollars since we are based in the US.
Is my payment information secure?
As an online company, Sallie Tomato is committed to protecting our customers’ privacy.  Your personal and credit card information is fully secure by our SiteLock Website Security and Simplify WooCommerce Payment Platform by MasterCard.  For your protection, we do not allow unsecured transactions.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to all countries!
What shipping methods do you offer?
Currently we ship via USPS and FedEx depending on the weight of the package and location it is being shipped to.
How much is shipping?
We offer calculated and flat rate shipping options for the United States, Canada, and the rest of the world every day.  That way, you don't pay a penny more than you need to!  Shipping is calculated by weight and location.  I'm currently looking into discount shipping methods for international shipping.  Please contact me if you have any concerns, or would like to place an order.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders ship promptly within 3-5 business days of receiving payment, unless an item is on back order.  Standard delivery is 2-5 days.  Priority is 1-3 days.  Priority Express is 1-2 days.  International is 3-20 days.  Although our website may appear as if we a large company, it's only myself and my husband. Please understand that we try our best to provide great products, information, and timely service. Thank you for your continued support!

Where's my order?
I will send you a confirmation email that your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number. Items are dispatched from Wisconsin and will arrive according to shipping method you choose, unless item is back ordered.
What if the item I want is on back order?
If the product is unavailable, a message will show that the item is on back order. If you purchase an item that is on back order, please allow up to an additional two-three weeks delivery time. Please Note: Due to occasional special circumstances, some products with limited inventory may not be available at the time of your order because we have oversold the item. We regret this situation, but we will promptly return the amount paid, plus any taxes and shipping, for the item(s) sold.

Clearance Items

Is there anything wrong with clearance items?
All clearance items have reduced prices due to overstock, minor blemishes, scratches, or design issues.  Despite this, they are in usable, working condition. There are limited quantities of clearance items.  We will not restock clearance items, so take advantage of these deals while you can!
Can I return an item I purchased on clearance?
All purchases of clearance items are final, meaning that they cannot be refunded or returned.  Thank you for your understanding!

Privacy

Is my checkout information safe?
Sallie Tomato will never share, rent or sell any of your personal information. All of the information you provide during checkout and on your account is private.  Your information will never be used for any purpose other than contacting you about your order and shipping.
