Unfortunately, we cannot send replacement patterns for our printed patterns. We suggest purchasing PDF sewing patterns instead, that way you can simply print a new pattern if you lose one. PDF patterns are emailed to you after we have received your payment in full. Either download and save the PDF, or save the email if needed in the future. PDF patterns are also saved in your account on our website.

Shipping is free on all domestic orders over $250! This free shipping offer is currently available for the United States only. The discount will be automatically added to your cart upon checkout. We also offer a flat rate shipping options for the United States, Canada, and Germany every day. I'm currently looking into discount shipping methods for international shipping. Please contact me if you have any concerns, or would like to place an order.
Orders ship promptly within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Standard delivery is 2-5 days. Priority is 1-3 days. International is 3-20 days. Although our website may appear as if we a large company, it's only myself and my husband. Please understand that we try our best to provide great products, information, and timely service. I will send you a confirmation email that your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number. Items are dispatched from Wisconsin and will arrive in 5-8 days, unless item is back ordered.
If the product is unavailable, a message will show that the item is on back order. If you purchase an item that is on back order, please allow up to an additional three weeks delivery time. Please Note: Due to occasional special circumstances, some products with limited inventory may not be available at the time of your order because we have oversold the item. We regret this situation, but we will promptly return the amount paid, plus any taxes and shipping, for the item(s) sold.
